Back to Paris to fly out
So here’s a real quick recap of the past couple days:
My train to Cinque Terre from Sorrento took most of the day and I didn’t get to Vernazza until 4:00 pm. I checked into my room, and then spent the rest of the night walking through the town.
For the next three days, I took the train and hiked between the different towns. The towns were beautiful, but I think I would have liked it more if I had a camera or someone else to enjoy it with. Vernazza is too small of a town to spend three nights in by yourself.
Yesterday, I spent most of the day traveling. I took the train from Vernazza to La Spezia, and then a two-hour train to Parma. I then took the overnight train from Parma – Paris, but it arrived 45 minutes late in Parma, and was 1:15 late dropping us off in Paris this morning. We finally arrived at 10:45 am, and I took the metro to drop my backpack off at the hostel in Paris.
I spent most of the day in the shopping district, but didn’t buy anything. I haven’t bought any souvenirs yet, so I might pick up a few things before I leave.
Tomorrow I plan on going to Uniqlo in the morning, and then going inside the Pantheon in the afternoon. After that, I’ll try to get a good night’s sleep before my flight on Saturday at 10:30 am.
